$ETH has pulled back as expected but I think there is a chance we may not yet be ready to take that downside liq just yet. I like the idea of grinding higher and roping in some more longs before the eventual flush. When we get these triple-tap bases, we will often pull back to the right "shoulder" or local demand formed by the 3rd "tap" before seeing continuation higher. So while we've seen a deep pullback thus far it is nothing that we can't recover from if we are indeed going to continue a bit higher before the eventual flush. On the upside I have my eyes on the $2800+ region which is local supply. We got an initial, decent reaction off of our local demand zone on $ETH but it failed to produce a higher high and the subsequent move back down broke our local demand zone. On the bright side, if we take our "equal lows" now (which seems likely), it means the next time we pump to the upside it may be more sustainable as liq to the downside will have already been taken. Essentially rather than taking the highs and potentially pushing to 2800+ before our "larger dip" we may just be getting the "larger dip" out of the way now. Let's see if we can officially take those equal (well now triple) lows and then watch to see how PA develops from there.View original on X ↗
