“@PointBreak36 Yes”
“A bit of chop, a bit of time, and no V reversal. Time needed $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL weekly shown. https://t.co/dpp7whUzkr https://t.co/f89otLWFwu”
“A few people prob need to get slimed out in the chop as we typically don’t V reversal. We likely need some time sideways with fake outs etc. + the other things like competing with ai attention and allocation. Look at sol, and many others that had bearish retests thus far. https://t.co/84TVrvubA0”
“@CryptoFnddTrdr As said. Time aspect no. Price. Idk. Maybe 48k at worst. https://t.co/84TVrvubA0”
“why has crypto been weak? It is competing with money for ai + robotics, and that will be the case for sometime. It is just a huge money pit of demand and will be for some time. It is also something that most investors can see, feel and touch. While crypto alts have a pretty poor history over any period of time. This is just a reality and we all know that. Altcoins are 15 years old now with little to show in the real world. Does that make BTC a bad buy here? No, if anything this general range is a great buy imo long term. Is it going to have the same upside performance? unlikely. Just like this past cycle was the first one where the alt market didn't make new highs. Global markets have had as much accommodation as possible and unfortunately crypto has been the weakest link. Are you getting paid for the risks you have taken in crypto for the past year? Probably not. But things are at more attractive prices now. It doesnt mean they can't have big bounces either. But I think its hard for them to keep pace in general with the AI market for sustained periods of time. Just due to flows, and new emerging tech. But its just something to consider if you are all in crypto. Maybe even allocating 5-10% of that to some of this trade over the next few years. This isnt something new im saying either, I have been saying this.”
“@icobeast crypto has had perp dex meta for some time. btc prob up to 68-70k short term then likely back down to the low 60's is my guess. memes, no opinion on. those are just for rape but will have the same rotations like privacy, ai, etc etc (as always)”
“i think there are less people jumping from crypto to stocks and vice versa than you think, and more rotating sectors inside of each. at least thats a good framework beaten down software names up 20% this week. googl caught a bid, nvda catching one now some of the bigger names that have been lifeless beginning to move in that sense, its just like crypto with narratives so i'd like more internally at each. which rotations are happening, and why. how long may that persist. semis for example could be cooked for several months. but yes, the 58k area is attractive and anything within 10-20% of that range”
“So here is a little bit of framework thinking on bitcoin:native Is the bottom in? Maybe. A great sign of course is one of the most reliable signs of all time. That it stops reacting to negative news. We aren't quite there yet. The downside imo is prob 48k ish. So, nothing real crazy for spot people at this point. The other aspect to consider is this entire time, its trended down. So we've really yet to see any basing, time capitulation, or accumulation period, or real ranging. We typically see that in crypto for a decent length of time where volatility dies off and we trade in some 2% range that makes everyone want to neck. The same can be said for the majority of the market. For alts. You have to keep in mind it's the first cycle that alt coin market didnt make a new all time high. and you also need to keep in mind that the returns you use to see in alts, are now in stocks. 10, 20-50x etc returns. It is a fact, that each cycle has diminished returns in crypto. And this will be a later more detailed post. Which is the same one that i made at the end of the last cycle. You kind of have to ask, how will alts steal the flows from tradfi, ai, energy, robotics, medical. bc thats what they have to do. And a tall order. They have to fight something real, and tangible. Will that happen? idk, and if it did, what would the scale of it be? But we are getting to a point where most things are likely within 20% of a bottom. broadly speaking.”
“@jellysmithrave @saylor not bearish long term on btc at all. its going to a milli one day. idk when that day is tho”
“@GOLDEN_DQM @Globalflows each time the floor gets set higher bc of simple dynamics DEMAND > SUPPLY”
“@GOLDEN_DQM @Globalflows IF btc does that maybe but here is todays spot twaps the float is disappearing at 10m+ a day so there is less supply to get there each time people sell/ short and shorts must always be closed. they are always forced buyers https://t.co/oP2DxOXtJ9”
“A lot of people i've talked to really for some reason just haven't considered how much flows have gone to AI and how much that has taken away from crypto. There are the 3 things you mentioned as net sellers. But you also had OG's cashing out hundreds of thousands of btc at 115-125k as well. and even when you talk to them, they think it's just a bubble it will come back. or that that bubble has to pop. there has been a lack of adjustment, or slow adjustment crypto is mostly a speculative asset. obviously there's a lot of speculation in AI but its far more in it's infancy than crypto. so money flows will more than likely be > there than crypto over the next several years as a whole the robots dont even exist yet for example. the ai energy/data center buildout isn't complete yet. these things are years in the making.”
“idk fren bc each case is unique different time horizons, risk tolerance, style of investing and trading I think it's fair to assume that a few things can be true. BTC is probably still a great long term play. btc is probably great value at these levels on a long enough time horizon but btc also right now lacks attention and allocation and that will probably be the case for awhile in terms of performance vs other assets. you have to decide how to balance all of those things. i can't do it for you or anyone else. I try to be like water as much as possible.”
“@hswinters13 @AltcoinMami No. Btc imo eventually infinity”
